BUSINESS CENTER IN BORDEAUX
LOCATION:
Business building in the center of the UNESCO heritage city of Bordeaux.
PROJECT:
The site is composed of two buildings, a beautiful 18th century 'hotel particulier', and an extension from the 70ies to convert the place into a business center. The original garden was designed without a parking. At the current state the business center can receive up to a maximum of 30 cars a day parking randomly on the lawn. The aim of this garden project is to create a proper parking place hidden from the building connected with a garden where employees can enjoy the beauty of nature taking a walk.
